1 serving chocolate kura
1/2c coconut oil
1c raw honey
4tbsp cocoa powder
2tsp vanilla extract
3c quick oats
1/2c almond milk
1/2c almond butter
-Mix oats & Kura in a bowl; set aside.
-Place coconut oil, honey, almond milk, & cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat, stir until combined.
-Bring the mixture to a rolling boil for 60 seconds, stirring occasionally.
-Remove from heat, stir in almond butter & vanilla extract. Stir in the Kura oat mixture & mix until well combined.
-Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
-Chill in fridge for 30 minutes, serve & yummm!
